2022, Pinot Noir Major Baccabianca and with notes of aSharp and earthy expression from Polish Pinot Noir, sourced from a peak location at 190 m altitude in the Dobre terroir. The wine is spontaneously fermented with fruit extract, matured with light barrel aging and turns out dark, spicy and slightly hazy a testament to Barczentewiczs natural style and bold approach. All grapes come from one plot, creating a pure expression of the sites minerality. (Finalist in Polskie Korki 2022)
