These extension cables are suitable for use with power bases C8217 and C8241. The plugs are stereo 3. 5mm jack plugs which feature automatic braking. This is now a standard feature on Scalextric from year 2000 onwards. They ARE NOT SUITABLE for use with Classic Controllers, Scalextric Digital
